Instructions for use:
To complete your installation of Microsoft Project
Central 2000 SR-1 Update, you need to run a script file using the osql
utility after you install the update. This is because the installation program
does not run this script file automatically. For more information about running
this script file, see the file svrsetup.htm, located in the directory
where you installed Microsoft Project Central 2000.
Caution If you are upgrading an existing installation
of Microsoft Project Central, do not run any script files except the upgrade
script ( upgrade.sql). If you run any of the script files that are used to
create tables as part of the custom installation ( Customize option), the
data in those tables will be deleted. The upgrade script is located in the
directory where you installed Microsoft Project Central 2000.
Note Use this script file only if you are using an
MSDE or SQL Server database. If you are using an Oracle database, you don't need
to run this script.
After completing the above steps for installation of the Microsoft Project
Central 2000 SR-1 Update, simply use Microsoft Project Central as usual.
