London, England has
added a new telephone area code of 020. Currently, when you enter this
code for a new contact in Microsoft Outlook® 98, the code is incorrectly
assumed to be the international code for Egypt (which is 20). This patch
corrects the phone number check process in Outlook 98, allowing it to
identify 020 as a London area code.
