OverviewMicrosoft Outlook® Support for Lotus cc:Mail (NT 3.51), developed by Transend Corporation, is a Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) service provider that enables you to use Microsoft Outlook as your e-mail client with a cc:Mail postoffice. After you install the cc:Mail service provider and add the information service to your user profile, you can exchange mail with other cc:Mail and Microsoft Outlook users, use cc:Mail bulletin boards, download the postoffice address book for working offline, and use most Microsoft Outlook features with your cc:Mail e-mail account, while connected to the LAN. Instructions for use: To add the Lotus cc:Mail information service to your mail profile, click the Windows Start button on your system tray, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click the Mail icon. Click Add. In the Available Information Services box, click MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail, and then click OK. To enable all the Outlook functionality that is available to you with cc:Mail, select the Send Using Microsoft Exchange Rich Text Format check box on the Delivery tab.
