Instructions for use:

You can use the Excel 2002 Template Wizard with any worksheet form that has cells designated for data entry. The wizard links cells in your form template — a workbook that you create and use as the basis for other similar workbooks — to fields in the database that it creates for you. When a user creates a new workbook from the template, enters data in the linked cells, and then saves the workbook, Excel creates a new record in the database containing the data from the form.

To remove this download:

  1. Start Excel.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins.
  3. Clear the Template Wizard with Data Tracking check box.
