To install this download

  1. You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
  2. Download the file from Office Update by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
  3. Double-click the SmplForm.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.


Instructions for use:

The installation program copies the file SampleForms.xls to your desktop. From there you can copy or move the file to another folder if you want.


To view the sample workbook, double-click the file SampleForms.xls.


Read the information and instructions on each worksheet.


Note   If a message appears telling you that the file contains macros, this is because the Automated Form worksheet contains some examples of ActiveX® controls. The file does not contain any working macro code for these controls, so you can choose to either enable or disable the macros and you'll still be able to view and learn about the example forms.

To remove this download:

There is no uninstall feature with this download. To remove the download file itself, delete the file SmplForm.exe. To remove the file you installed, search for and delete the file SampleForms.xls from your hard disk drive.
