Overview
This update contains two distinct features: "File Share Witness" and "Configurable Cluster Heartbeats" for Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or R2 based clusters. File Share Witness allows two-node Majority Node Set (MNS) quorum clusters to sustain one node failure. Configurable Cluster Heartbeats allows changing cluster heartbeat parameters so that clusters can be more tolerant to heartbeat failures. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
