Overview
Once installed, the Report Scheduling Wizard is available from the Reports area of Microsoft CRM. It can be used by any user with Report Manager privilege to schedule any Reporting Services report to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, as well as to create a snapshot of a report which includes data from a specific time point.
Snapshots created with the wizard can be made available to the user running the wizard, or can be shared with other users.

- This tool is for English editions only.
- This tool is not supported with Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 (SBS 2003 R2).

Instructions
- On your Microsoft CRM server, click CRM3.0-KB913055-Server-ENU.exe, and then click Run.
- OR -
Click CRM3.0-KB913055-Server-ENU.exe, click Save, and save the file. From your Microsoft CRM server, double-click the saved file.
- Accept the license agreement, and then click Finish.
To use the Report Scheduling Wizard once it is installed, in the Microsoft CRM Navigation Pane, click Workplace, under My Work click Reports, select a report, and then on the More Actions menu, click Schedule Report. The Schedule Report command is displayed only if you have the Microsoft CRM Report Manager privilege.
