System Requirements
- Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows Server 2003; Windows XP
Review the minimum system requirements. Make sure you have the hardware and software required for running SQL Server Reporting Services. To download the trial software, you will also need over 530 megabytes (MB) of additional available hard disk space. This covers:
- Approximately 138 megabytes (MB) of available hard disk space for the self-extracting .exe package.
- Available hard disk space for the .exe package to expand the files to the target location. This is temporary hard disk space that will be used during the extraction process and then reclaimed after the extraction is completed.
- Approximately 390 MB of available hard disk space for the extracted package files in the target location.

Instructions
Follow these steps to download the SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services trial software:
Download the trial software. After you download the trial software, run RSEVAL.exe to extract the Reporting Services trial software files to a target location of your choice. When the package files have been extracted, run Setup.exe to start the Reporting Services Trial Software Setup.
