Overview
The Speech Profile Manager tool can be used to back up and restore speech profiles on the same machine or between different machines.

Instructions
(1) The Windows Speech feature must be installed to use this tool.
(2) All speech applications must be closed before doing import/export.
(3) The Microphone Wizard should be run for the imported profile.
