To install this download:

The purpose of this download is to enable compatibility with Windows Vista and Office Accounting 2007. You should not install this update unless you wish to have Windows Vista or Office Accounting 2007 compatibility. There are no other fixes in this update.

Administrators should refer to the Administrator resources section.
  1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. It is recommended that you quit any programs you are running prior to installation.
  3. Double-click the OfficeSBMESP4-KB930954-FullFile-ENU.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Note: Service Pack 4 for Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update is now available on CD-ROM. Visit the Office Online page Order Office Service Packs on CD-ROM to begin the ordering process.

After you install this download, use your programs as you typically would.

To remove this download:

There is no uninstall feature for this download. If you wish to uninstall this download, you will also be uninstalling Business Contact Manager Update. Outlook 2003 is not removed in this process.

To uninstall Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update, please navigate to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, and choose the update to uninstall.
