Brief Description

The Microsoft® BizTalk® Server 2006 Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 3.0 or Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 4.0 (32-bit only) enables integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and non-Microsoft business applications.

BizTalk® Server 2006 Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 3.0 or Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 4.0 (32-bit only) enables integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and non-Microsoft business applications. This lets you do the following operations:

Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a send adapter.

Discover and use the schema of any Microsoft Dynamics CRM actions and entities.

With the adapter you can integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with any other non-Microsoft business applications using the BizTalk server 2006 mapping capabilities.

Important The Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 adapter does not work with 64-bit editions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

Important 64-bit editions of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 are not supported.

Minimum Recommended hardware requirements

Hard disk - 5 MB of available hard disk space

Important
If you are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, after you install the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics CRM you must apply an update for the adapter to work. For information about this update, view the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

To install the BizTalk Server Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics CRM:

Download the .msi file.

Double-click the .msi file. The Installation Wizard opens to guide you through the installation.
