Overview
Use a Web camera to easily send a video e-mail to your friends and family. It takes just two clicks on the Video E-mail for Outlook 2003 add-in.
NOTE: This is a new version, updated December 3, 2003, that fixes an issue with a link in the body of the video e-mail.
If you installed the previous version of Video E-mail, please uninstall the program using the instructions in the To remove this download section at the bottom of this page. You can then install this new version of the add-in.

- This download requires additional programs on Windows 2000 SP3 or later:

- Hardware limitations:
- FireWire digital cameras are not supported by this download

Instructions
To install this download:
- Download the file by clicking the Download link (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
- Double-click the Vemail.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
- Start Outlook 2003.
- Confirm that your Web camera is connected to your computer.
- On the toolbar, click the Video Message button to launch the Video E-mail add-in.
To remove this download:
To remove the download file itself, delete the file Vemail.exe.
- On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Video E-mail add-in for Outlook 2003 and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
- Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
