Overview
The BizTalk InterAct and FileAct Adapters for SWIFT provide connectivity between BizTalk Server and the SWIFT Secure IP Network (SIPN) for the transfer of messages (InterAct) and files (FIleAct). The SIPN transfers messages and files over a secure private network which interconnects financial institutions, financial industry infrastructures, and customers. The Adapter uses the SWIFTNet Link (SNL) APIs to connect to the SIPN.
These adapters can be used with externally supplied applications to utilize the features of InterAct and FileAct. The adapters will have no knowledge of the contents of the files to be transferred, and will not audit or validate the contents of the files, except for the exchange primitives.
