Overview
The Microsoft Business Systems Architecture (BSA) team completed a performance and scalability study of the Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 3.0 Service Scheduling module against a set of metrics designed to simulate a real-world customer scenario. The test results demonstrated that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 application supports the deployment of a large, complex and high-performance service scheduling solution.
This white paper provides conclusions and recommendations based on the results of the study, together with the details and results of those tests.
