OverviewThe Windows Desktop Search Add-in for Lotus Notes is a protocol handler that allows you to index the content of Lotus Notes e-mail, contacts, calendar items, and journal items stored on your computer. Once you have installed this Add-in, Windows Desktop Search (WDS) will index the content of your locally stored Lotus Notes databases. Indexing will occur when your PC is idle, or when you tell WDS to ‘Index Now’. Once the index is updated you can immediately search your Lotus Notes content. Note: Please uninstall any previous versions of the Add-in for Lotus Notes before installing this updated version. After you install this Add-in, please ensure you select the databases that you want included via the Windows Desktop Search preferences screens. System Requirements
InstructionsClick the Download button in the blue bar above the Quick Details box on this page to start the download. Choose Run to start the installation process. When you are notified that the Installation Wizard has completed, place a check mark next to "View the Readme file" and click Finish. Once the installation has completed, you will be presented with a readme file that includes instructions on how to use and customize the add-in.
