With Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server, you can develop and deploy speech-enabled interactive voice response (IVR) applications. Speech Server combines speech technologies, Voice over IP (VoIP), and telephony capabilities into a single system and a single code base. In addition, with Speech Server tools, you can develop speech enabled self-service applications and improve your applications through tuning and data log analysis.

These packages contain the language packs for Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server. You must have at least one language pack installed for Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server to work properly.

Telephony Interface Manager Connector
Downloadable file name: TIMC.exe

This package contains the Telephony Interface Manager Connector (TIMC) for Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server. The TIMC enables you to run telephony applications on your system using legacy Microsoft Speech Server TIM software in combination with TDM telephony boards.

You must first have a TIM installed for the TIMC to function properly.

This is an optional package and is only needed when you upgrade Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2 installations.
