A version of license logging service (llssrv.exe) that is lower than 5.0.2195.3831. To verify which version of the license logging service is installed on your machine, use the following steps: - Click Start, point to Search, and then click Files or Folders. - In the Name box, type llssrv.exe. - In the Search in box select My Computer and then click Search. - In the list of found files, right click the llssrv.exe file under %systemroot%\system32, click Properties, and then click the version tab. Instructions- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Services. - Double-click License Logging Service to open properties. - Change the Startup Type to Automatic, and then click OK. - Close the Services console. - Verify that Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 has been installed. - Select "Run this Program from its Current Location" to start the download immediately. - Select "Save this Program to Disk" to copy the download to your machine for installation at a later time.
