OverviewThe Microsoft® Silverlight™ 3 SDK contains online documentation, online samples, libraries and tools for developing Silverlight 3 applications. Usage of the SDK is subject to the SDK License (included in the package). System Requirements
InstructionsBefore installing this Silverlight 3 SDK, please remove any previous Silverlight 3 SDK install. If you have installed or plan to install Microsoft Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio 2008, please skip installing the Silverlight SDK directly. Silverlight 3 SDK is installed by Microsoft Silverlight Tools. For more on that click here. To build Silverlight 3 applications, you can install Silverlight 3 for Developers here. Additional InformationIf you are interested in installing the Silverlight SDK Standalone Documentation, please go here. If you plan on building East Asian Silverlight applications, please install East Asian language support on non-East Asian versions of Windows OS older than Windows Vista.
