Overview
The Microsoft CMS Assessment tool is an application that collects data for a site created with Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002. Use the CMS Assessment Tool to assess your MCMS 2002 site to determine the level of work required to migrate the site to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Instructions
To install this download:
- Download the file by clicking the Download link (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
- Double-click the CmsAtSetup.msi file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation. The default installation directory is C:\2007 Office System Developer Resources\SharePoint Server 2007 SDK\Tools\CMS Assessment Tool.
To remove this download:
- On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- In the list of currently installed programs, select CMS Assessment Tool (Beta 2), and then click Remove.
