Overview
MOSDAL Support Toolkit collects system configuration, network configuration, service-based applications' configuration and logging data along with performing network diagnostics. Instructions
Download both of the files to your local system and run either the MSI or the EXE file to install it like any other Windows application. This tool should be installed and run by the user having the issue, rather than the IT/Pro or the IT Gen.
