To see if the Zune is available at your location please click the link below: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952586?sd=zune
1. Download this setup package, ZunePackage40.exe
2. Run ZunePackage40.exe to extract Zune 4.0 setup files to your computer
3. Go to location of files extracted in step 2
4. Run startzune.exe by double-clicking the file
