Overview

The Microsoft® Access Contact Management database features include robust Search capabilities, fully detailed Help topics, preset tables, forms, and reports, and integration with Microsoft Outlook®. It's also helpful when you want to learn more about Access and need a place to start.
Note If you have been using the Contacts database that came with Access, please be certain to back up your data, and move the files to a different sub-directory, as this download will overwrite it.

To install this download

  1. You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
  2. Download the file from this page by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
  3. Double-click the Accontact.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
  4. Once the Setup is finished, a dialog box will display, notifying you that the installation is complete. Click the OK button.


Instructions for use:

From within Access, double-click on the file Contact.mdb. The application will come up with the enhanced Switchboard form. All of the available options are listed there.
