The Web Service Software Factory: Modeling Edition (also known as the Service Factory) is an integrated collection of resources designed to help you quickly and consistently build Web services that adhere to well-known architecture and design patterns. These resources consist of patterns and architecture topics in the form of written guidance and models with code generation in the form of tools integrated with Visual Studio 2008. This release contains the Service Factory source code.

Instructions

Click the 'Download' button to commence the download.

Once the download dialog appears, do one of the following:

To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.

To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk. Once you are ready to install Web Service Software Factory: Modeling Edition Source Code - February 2008, double-click on the saved file.

Follow the instructions in the installer program, including accepting the End User Licensing Agreement.

Known Issue: If you install the source code in a non-default location, it is possible that you will not be able to create your solution files. By default, you should use the following folder: C:\Projects\WssfSrc\

To install the Service Factory: Modeling Edition , follow the instructions in the InstallationInstructions.pdf included with the download.
