Overview
If Microsoft Visio 2000 experiences an abnormal termination while a drawing file is open, the following error message may occur the next time an attempt to open the file is made: "An error (100) occurred during the action Open File. Visio cannot open the file because it's not a Visio file." This update will install a newer version of the Vislib32.dll file to reduce the frequency of this error.
