Overview

In Access 2007, the Navigation Pane has replaced the Database Window as the main way to get around in a database. This demo shows you how to use the Navigation Pane to organize the objects in a database into categories and groups. The demo also shows you how to begin working with the built-in categories and groups, as well as how to manage custom categories and groups.

Instructions

To install this download:
  1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Double-click the Ac2007DemoNavigationPane.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:

Double-click the Access_NavPane_FINAL.wmv file to start the demo.

To uninstall this download:

Delete the .exe and extracted .wmv files from your hard drive.
