Overview
This guide is written for people using Microsoft® Easy Assist with the Microsoft Office Live Meeting service (2007 release). The guide includes information on how to join an Easy Assist session, create a new session using the Microsoft Easy Assist Launchpad, share your desktop, and request control of another computer. It also introduces you to additional Easy Assist features, such as private chat, file upload, and file download.
