Existing Reservations
Prior to Friday, September 28, all changes and hotel cancellations must be completed online through Returning Services or through the Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Conference registration office by email at or telephone at +1 888-812-1215 (U.S.) or +1 206-812-1218 (Worldwide). After Friday, September 28, you must contact your hotel directly.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • The credit card provided on your reservation guarantees your accommodations for your requested arrival date. A valid form of payment must be provided to the hotel at the time of check-in for all hotel charges. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival except in the cases outlined below.
  • Through Friday, September 28: Any changes/cancellations must be completed online at Registration Returning Services or by contacting the Registration Team.
  • After Friday, September 28: Any changes/cancellations to your hotel reservation must be handled directly with the hotel.
  • Reservation cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your expected date of arrival date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a charge of one night's stay, plus tax, to your credit card.
  • Failure to appear on your expected date of arrival will result in a charge of one night's stay, plus tax, to your credit card, in addition to the cancellation of your reservation for the remainder of the stay.
Payment Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be completed online through your Returning Services menu or sent by e-mail to by the dates listed below.
  • Event Registration: A full refund minus a $100.00 processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, September 24, 2012. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, September 24, 2012.
  • Welcome Reception: Only and Guest Passes: A full $99.00 refund will be issued for cancelled welcome reception passes, unless the registrant has already checked into the conference, at which point no refund will be issued.
Substitution Policy
To request a substitution you may return to your registration account online via the Returning Services menu and select “Substitute another person for this registration.” A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee.
Substitution Requirements:
  • The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
  • Payment: No action required if the new registrant will keep the same payment. If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment before a refund is issued to the original attendee. To change the method of payment, please e-mail
  • Hotel: If a hotel record exists in this record, it will be automatically transferred to the new registrant. Please confirm all hotel dates and preferences carefully to ensure they match the requirements of the new registrant. The new registrant will be responsible for any hotel cancellation charges or no-show fees if the reservation is not properly updated.
