University for Microsoft Dynamics
University for Microsoft Dynamics is a three-week, intensive training course with foundational and case-based instruction based on real customer situations. Responding to partners' need for quality training classes led by trainers with field experience, Microsoft is working with selected training partners to offer this five tracks covering the core of Microsoft Dynamics AX consulting, administration and development.

Quality Training
The University for Microsoft Dynamics, above all, is committed to the highest quality in training.
| • | All courses are taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) who have real implementation experience. |
| • | No more than 12 students will be in any class to ensure individual attention. |
| • | Classes will be offered on a regular schedule, posted online. Cancellations will occur only when classes are 25% full or less and will be avoided if at all possible. |

All course materials are based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0. Students will have the option of taking the exam on the last day of the course at most University locations.
The curriculum includes five tracks, each three weeks long:
| • | Core Foundation (1 week): A one week foundational course intended for consultants and developers to get ramped up on Microsoft Dynamics AX. The Core Foundation provides a basic understanding for working with the AX modules. |
Prerequisites: There are no Prerequisites. This week may be skipped by experienced AX consultants with proof of equivalent courses or equivalent skills.
| • | Certification Track (2 weeks): This course is specific to each track (Finance, Trade & Logistics, Production, Project or Developer). The two week course is divided into the following: 1. | Advanced Study week specific to each track. | 2. | Mock Implementation week, covers hands on cases specific to each track, that extend the core curriculum to cover customizations and issues commonly encountered by partners. All cases are based on real customer situations. |

Prerequisites: This two week course, requires Microsoft Dynamics AX Core Foundation or equivalent, and leads to certification test in the chosen track.
Note: Consultants with Microsoft Dynamics AX fundamentals can choose to take the last two weeks of each course, including advanced functionality and hands-on mock implementation training. Proof of fundamentals proficiency will be required for the two-week option.
