You will receive a hard copy Conference Guide when you check-in onsite at Registration that includes full agenda information, session abstracts and additional logistical details, but if you would like to download the Conference Guide prior to arriving onsite, please click here. Onsite Registration Hours

Registration & Information is located in the Registration Hall between Buildings A & B at the Georgia World Congress Center, and is open during the following times:

  • Sunday, April 10 11:30am – 6:00pm
  • Monday, April 11 7:00am – 9:00pm
  • Tuesday, April 12 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Wednesday, April 13 8:00am – 5:45pm

Shuttle Schedule

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Convergence hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center. Shuttles operate on a split schedule every 10-15 minutes, and every 5 minutes during peak periods, during the times below. For specific route information, please consult your conference guide or the signage posted in the lobby area of your hotel:

Sunday, April 10
11:15am – 6:15pm Continuous shuttles between Convergence hotels and the GWCC
5:45pm – 10:15pm Continue shuttles between Convergence hotels and the Reception at Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola

Monday, April 11
6:45am – 11:45am Continuous shuttles between Convergence hotels and the GWCC

Tuesday, April 12
7:45am – 11:45am Continuous shuttles between Convergence hotels and the GWCC

Airport Transportation

Airport transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. However, please note that Convergence will be offering special non-stop airport service from the Georgia World Congress Center to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Wednesday, April 13 between 12:00pm-6:00pm. Cost is $15 and attendees can make reservations with the Airport Transportation Kiosk within the Registration Hall starting Tuesday, April 12.

Parking at the GWCC

For those attendees who’ll be driving to the Georgia World Congress Center, you’ll find a variety of parking lots in the area for your use. Download this map for parking lot locations, and a $2.00 off coupon to use during Convergence.

Luggage Check

For your travel convenience we have complimentary luggage check available each day of the conference, located in the Registration Hall between Buildings A and B. Only luggage will be accepted, no coats or laptops. Hours of operation are below:

  • Sunday, April 10 11:30am – 6:00pm
  • Monday, April 11 7:00am – 9:00pm
  • Tuesday, April 12 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Wednesday, April 13 8:00am – 6:00pm

Airport Baggage Check

Convergence offers Airport BAGS, a full-service, multi-airline remote skycap operation that offers issuance of boarding pass and luggage receipts for domestic flights. Luggage must be checked in a minimum of three hours before your flight departure time. This service will be available for attendees departing Wednesday, April 13 only and luggage check fees apply. The BAGS service desk is located in the Registration Hall at the GWCC. Hours of operation are below:

  • Tuesday, April 12 8:00am – 1:30pm (reservations only)
  • Wednesday, April 13 7:45am – 1:45pm

Meals

Regular conference meals include breakfast and lunch and will be served in Building B, Hall B3-4. If you have pre-ordered a Kosher, Halal or other specific dietary meal you may pick it up at the designated Special Meal Buffet which is located in the back of the hall. Vegetarian, low-fat and carb-friendly options are available on all buffets. Meal times are listed within the Conference Guide or on the Agenda page. Please note that a “grab & go” lunch will be available in the Community & Learning Center on Sunday, April 10.
