The Convergence Experience Center (CEC) is the hub of Convergence, incorporating the Microsoft Solutions Experience, Expo Experience, Community Experience, and a variety of great resources—all conveniently located in one area!
Microsoft Solutions Experience
This is the place to gain deeper Microsoft product knowledge in a one-to-one environment. The Microsoft Solutions Experience is located in the middle of the CEC, and is your place to go for Technical Support, product demos, and the Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics SL User Groups. The Microsoft Solutions Experience is arranged according to track, similar to the conference sessions, so you’ll be able to find your home base quickly.
The Community Experience is where you can relax, meet-up with others, utilize Wi-Fi, recharge your devices, and take advantage of Skype stations to connect with friends, family and colleagues. This area also includes a variety of other resources including:
Media Wall: The Media Wall is a focal point of the Community Experience and features event news and highlights, a real-time social media feed, live broadcast of the keynotes, customer interviews, presentations from Customer Excellence Award winners, and more.
Social Media Command Center: You’ll find our social media team in action along with real-time analytics that track social sentiment and engagement surrounding the event (be sure to join the Convergence discussion online by using hashtag #conv14).
Microsoft Retail Store: The Microsoft Retail Store provides consumers with a high-touch shopping environment where they can learn about, experience, and purchase products and services. You’ll find an assortment of best-in-class PCs, Surfaces, Xbox One Gaming products, Windows 8 phones, business solutions, software, accessories, and technology services.
Conference Store and Bookstore: Visit the Conference Store and Bookstore to shop for Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft branded merchandise and gadgets—perfect for co-workers, family and friends. In addition, you’ll find hundreds of book titles at discount prices.
Community Outreach: Help give back to the local Atlanta community! Take a few minutes to stop by and help with a variety of hands-on volunteer projects such as assembling food and care packages for communities in need.
