CONCURRENT SESSIONS

Concurrent Sessions are where you learn detailed tips and tricks on the software and processes you use as well as new knowledge for your specific business needs. These interactive 60 minute sessions will drill down into specific topics and provide best practices on the skills, software functionality, processes and strategies needed for business success. Our product experts will give you an in-depth look at the capabilities and the customization available within Microsoft solutions, confirming that those solutions are the best choice in driving your business forward.

INTERACTIVE DISCUSSIONS

An Interactive Discussion session is your opportunity to discuss and interact with Microsoft subject matter experts and other Convergence attendees around a specific Microsoft Dynamics topic. These sessions are completely driven by discussion and will not have a formal presentation. A Microsoft subject matter expert will be on hand to facilitate the discussion and offer information around the topic at hand. Sessions are limited to 50 participants only, so make sure you arrive early to secure your seat.

HANDS-ON LABS

This is the place for you to explore Microsoft products and technologies in, literally, a “hands-on” environment, enabling you to experience product features and functionalities, while revealing tips and tricks you can apply to your daily work life. All of the labs are available throughout the event in a self-paced format, so you can stop by whenever the Community & Learning Center is open and take whichever labs you desire!

Learn how to best manage your time at Convergence with this brief but informative session. We will guide you into the world of Convergence 2009, plus you'll hear tips and tricks from event veterans and have plenty of time to ask questions of your own.
