Multiple Employee Discount

If three (3) or more employees from your organization register for the full conference pass and attend the Convergence 2013 event in New Orleans, LA, Microsoft will offer a $100 refund off the third (3rd) and beyond registrants, up to a maximum of seven (7). Terms and Conditions.

Day Pass (March 18, 19, 20 or 21) = $895

March 18: Monday Day Pass

This pass includes admission to sessions, the Convergence Experience Center (which includes the Expo Experience, Microsoft Solutions Experience, and Community Experience areas), Convergence Experience Reception (Monday Evening) and access to attendee tools & resources such as the Schedule Builder contained within My Convergence. This pass is non- refundable.

March 19: Tuesday Day Pass

This pass includes admission to the Tuesday keynote, sessions, conference meals, Convergence Experience Center (which includes the Expo Experience, Microsoft Solutions Experience, and Community Experience areas) (ONLY for the day purchased and listed above) and access to attendee tools & resources such as the Schedule Builder contained within My Convergence. This pass is non- refundable.

March 20: Wednesday Day Pass

This pass includes admission to sessions, conference meals, Convergence Experience Center (which includes the Expo Experience, Microsoft Solutions Experience, and Community Experience areas) (ONLY for the day purchased and listed above) and access to attendee tools & resources such as the Schedule Builder contained within My Convergence. This pass is non- refundable.

March 21: Thursday Day Pass

This pass includes admission to the Thursday keynote, sessions, conference meals, Convergence Experience Center (which includes the Expo Experience, Microsoft Solutions Experience, and Community Experience areas) (ONLY for the day purchased and listed above), Convergence Celebration, and access to attendee tools & resources such as the Schedule Builder contained within My Convergence. This pass is non- refundable.

Convergence Experience Center Pass = $695

This pass includes admission ONLY to the Convergence Experience Center (which includes the Expo Experience, Microsoft Solutions Experience, and Community Experience areas), conference meals and the Convergence Experience Reception (Monday evening), during posted hours. Note: This pass does NOT provide access to keynotes, sessions, Convergence Celebration (Thursday evening), or attendee resources or tools via My Convergence. This pass is non-refundable.

Convergence Celebration Pass = $100

This pass includes admission ONLY to the Convergence Celebration on Thursday, March 21 from 7:00-11:00pm. This pass is non-refundable.

Receipt Retrieval

To obtain a copy of your receipt, please return to your registration and login to your record using either your Microsoft account or your username and password. On your registration summary page, you will be able to view your receipt. If you have any questions on this process, please email us at Convergence2013@microsoft.crgevents.com.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All conference passes are non-transferrable. Passes cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the person listed on the registration; name badges used by anyone other than the actual registrant may be revoked without refund.

Substitutions are allowed for all pass types. A new person may substitute for an active registration at the same registration fee.

All registration cancellations must be received online or in writing via email to Convergence2013@microsoft.crgevents.com by the dates listed below.

Event Passes are eligible for a full refund minus $300.00 processing fee when cancellation is received by 11:59pm Pacific Time on February 19, 2013.

Day Passes/Expo Only Passes are non-refundable.

Reception Only Guest Pass refunds will be issued for cancelled reception only guest passes, unless the registrant has checked into the conference.

Substitutions

To perform a substitution, the original registrant should go to the Convergence 2013 registration site, login using the original registrant's username and password, and select "Substitution" from the Returning Services Menu. A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee.

Substitution Requirements:

The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
Payment: No action is required if the new registrant will keep the same payment. If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment before a refund is issued to the original attendee. To change the method of payment, please email Convergence2013@microsoft.crgevents.com to have someone contact you for new payment information.
Hotel: If a hotel record exists in this record, it will be automatically transferred to the new registrant until 11:59pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, February 19, 2013. After 11:59pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, the attendee is required to inform the hotel of any changes, including substitutions. Please confirm all hotel dates and preferences carefully to ensure they match the requirements of the new registrant. The new registrant will be responsible for any hotel cancellation charges or no-show fees if the reservation is not properly updated. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy on the hotel page for further details.
The new registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.
