Existing Customer Attendee Offer

From March 11, 2008 through May 22, 2008, existing Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics AX customers who attend Convergence 2008 are eligible to receive a special promotional discount when acquiring additional users, acquiring additional modules of their current Microsoft Dynamics solution, or migrating from the Standard Edition to the Professional Edition of aforementioned product lines. Eligible customers may also apply this offer towards the transition fee to move from Module Based Licensing to Business Ready Licensing.

Customers spending US$5,000 or more on additional licenses are eligible to receive a US$1,000 discount; customers spending US$10,000 or more on additional licenses are eligible to receive a US$2,500 discount.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer available from March 11, 2008 through May 22, 2008.
• Offer valid for 2008 Convergence attendees that are a current Microsoft Dynamics customer.
• Customer must have Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Microsoft Dynamics AX in order to take advantage of this offer.
• Customer must have been a Microsoft Dynamics customer at least 120 days prior to purchase to take advantage of this offer.
• This offer is only available in the U.S. and Canada and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Only one discount is available per company.
• Offer only applies to license purchases (license purchases include additional users, modules, migration fees associated with moving from the Standard Edition to Professional Edition and the transition fees associated with transitioning from Module Based Pricing to Business Ready Licensing as part of the License Model Transition Policy).
• Cannot be used towards enhancement renewals or support.
• Offer available only through participating resellers. Reseller prices may vary.
