Convergence 2008 Orlando Event Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received online or in writing via email to Convergence2008@microsoft.crgevents.com by the dates listed below. In the event that Convergence 2008 Orlando is cancelled by Microsoft, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fees only.

Event Pass Full refund minus $100 USD processing fee when cancellation received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday, February 15, 2008. No refund after Friday, February 15, 2008.

Day passes Non-refundable.

Guest Passes A refund will be issued for cancelled guests, unless the registrant has checked into the conference and received their guest passes.

Substitutions To perform a substitution the original registrant should go to the Convergence 2008 Orlando registration site at www.microsoft.com/dynamics/convergence. Select the Returning Services option, login using the original registrant's username and password, select "Update my Registration" and then the "Substitution" option from the menu. A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee.

Substitution Requirements:

• The original attendee should not cancel the registration. Substitutions can be performed by the original attendee online through Registration Returning Services.
• If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment prior to issuing a refund to the original attendee.
• The event team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations up to February 29, 2008 by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Substitutions requested after February 29, 2008 by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time require the attendee to contact the hotel directly with reservation changes.
• The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.
