From time to time, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online team performs maintenance on the service. During this time, you might not be able to access your Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization. To minimize the impact to your business, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online team will make every effort to keep maintenance activities isolated to a scheduled maintenance window.
As Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online expands to additional data centers, we will continue to conduct scheduled maintenance during the evening or overnight hours for that data center’s local time, on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
We post notices for scheduled maintenance if it is expected to impact customers' use of the service.
