Tell us what you need in online Help

Since Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 released in December 2005, customers and partners have sent feedback regularly. We incorporated this feedback into the online Help and released updated Help to the Microsoft Download Center in March 2006. When you download the Help update, you get the most current information on using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. The update includes content improvements, information about new releases, and suggestions for getting the most from product features.

The March online Help update was made possible thanks to feedback from customers and partners like you. We welcome your feedback for future updates.

Send feedback on online Help

At the bottom of every online Help procedure and conceptual topic is a feedback area, as shown in the following screen shot. (You may have to select a procedure to view the area.)

To let us know that a topic doesn't provide the information you need, select No, and then type up to 250 characters in the text box to indicate what information you were looking for or what confused you. Or, if the topic does provide the information you need to complete your task, select Yes to let us know that. Add any comments you think we should hear.

After you click Send Feedback, an e-mail message opens. The Subject line includes the title of the topic you were viewing when you clicked Send Feedback and the version of the product and online Help you use. Because this information ensures that we update the right topic, be sure that you don't make changes to the Subject line. The body of the message contains any comments you already typed.

You can add information, include a screen shot, or type other feedback. The more detailed your feedback, the more likely it is that our improvements to online Help will meet your needs.

Although your feedback is anonymous and we respect your privacy, personal information in the body of your message may be forwarded to other members of our team. Personal information includes contact information, such as phone numbers and addresses.
