My Account
Access and update your account information any time through My Account. A popular feature, My Account provides you with access to your account information, including your personal profile and company profile, product registration keys, and order and billing status as well as an overview of your service plan.

Support
The Support section in CustomerSource provides convenient access to many technical resources, including both self-help and assisted support services. If you're enrolled in a Microsoft Dynamics service plan, your electronic support requests have the same guaranteed response time as your telephone support incidents.

Public newsgroups
Begin exchanging information and receiving answers today by accessing our public newsgroups, which are online forums where you can collaborate with other customers to learn about your solution and solve technical issues.

Managed newsgroups
Activate your managed newsgroups benefit if you're enrolled in a Business Ready Advantage Plan (formally known as Standard A), the Business Ready Advantage Plus Plan (formally known as Standard B), Software Assurance or Deluxe /Premier Support plans. With this feature, you receive the added benefit of having Microsoft Dynamics support engineers respond if an answer has not been provided to your posting by newsgroup participants within two business days.
Solution Finder
Use Microsoft Solution Finder to search for solutions that meet your business needs—whether financial, customer relationship, supply chain, or other. These solutions are built by Microsoft Certified Partners and can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics products. All solutions have been validated by at least two local customer references or by the Microsoft independent software vendor (ISV) solution test. Search to find a validated solution that meets your specific business needs and integrates with the Microsoft Dynamics suite of products.
New benefits on CustomerSource
Unlimited access to online training
CustomerSource provides unlimited access to a wide range of online training courses. You can also download training materials, participate in classroom-style training sessions, and access learning plans that are designed to help you more strategically take advantage of the online training courses.
Extended globalization for customers worldwide
CustomerSource is available for 23 local-language country/region sites—in 14 languages plus a global site (in English) for each Microsoft Dynamics product line offered in that country/region.
With a strong concentration on local content relevant to each product, the 23 local sites include:
| • | Australia/New Zealand, Austria, Belgium (Dutch and French sites), Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latin America (all Spanish-speaking countries except Brazil), Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Switzerland (German and French sites), Turkey, the U.K., and the U.S. |
| • | Languages for the sites include: Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, , Turkish and UK English. |
| • | Product-line views of local sites will depend on product availability in that geography. |
In addition, there is a Country/Language selection option for the News/Events, Documentation, Downloads, and Training features, making it easier to find content applicable to different geos without changing the Preferred Country you have identified in your My Account area.
Improved personalization
