Plan data migration
Unless you’re starting a new business, you probably will have data to migrate to Microsoft Dynamics GP. Data migration typically is performed by your own IT professional staff, your Microsoft Dynamics GP partner, or another qualified IT professional consultant. You must decide which tool you will use to migrate data to Microsoft Dynamics GP, and when you will migrate data -- for example, and the end of a year or quarter.
