Fargo's Hector International Airport is serviced by Northwest, United, Allegiant, and Delta airlines and is a short trip from Minneapolis, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. With multiple daily flight options, your itinerary can easily be accommodated.
If you choose to travel by air, flight arrangements should be secured as soon as you register for the event and receive your registration confirmation. Registration for the event begins the late afternoon of Tuesday, May 27, and the departure day is Friday, May 30. We encourage you to stay for the duration of the event as content runs right up to the end.
Ground transportation between the airport and your hotel will be provided at no cost on Tuesday, May 27, and we ask that you consult with your hotel to arrange for your departure transportation on Friday, May 30. If you plan to spend additional time in Fargo or choose to rent a vehicle, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs. The hotels provide complimentary parking to all guests.
