Support calls
As additional value, the annual maintenance program will now include two technical support calls as well as unlimited online training.
Two additional levels of support
In addition to the maintenance plan purchased with each license sale, there are two additional levels of support available:

2. | Easy pay-as-you-go support – Flex Support | • | Customers can purchase Flex Per-Incident Support and Flex 5-Pack Support and receive an efficient support experience. | | • | Flex Support is ideal for customers with support needs that are not business critical, but require a more urgent response than what's available through self-support and newsgroup resources. |
