Easy pay-as-you-go support – Flex Support

Customers can purchase Flex Per-Incident Support and Flex 5-Pack Support and receive an efficient support experience.

Flex Support is ideal for customers with support needs that are not business critical, but require a more urgent response than what's available through self-support and newsgroup resources.

The combination of the annual maintenance plan purchased with your license, no-charge business critical support, and pay-as-you-go Flex Support, allow retail organizations to realize the full potential of their retail management investment.
