Layaway tips
Many retailers are discovering the benefits of offering layaways to their customers. Layaways can bring customers into the store more often, reduce returns, and attract customers who are careful spenders. Here are a few tips for efficiently creating and managing layaways with Microsoft Dynamics RMS Store Operations.

Layaway settings in Store Operations Manager
Set the layaway expiration period and deposit amount

Create a layaway
| • | Set the customer, and then press CTRL+F8. |
Apply a customer payment to a saved layaway
| • | Recall the layaway, and then press SHIFT+F4. |
