Microsoft offers several hosted services for Microsoft Dynamics business management software. Microsoft-hosted services are managed by Microsoft experts in world-class data centers, alleviating information technology (IT) departments from having to worry about behind-the-scenes tasks or hiring outside specialists. They are simple to deploy as well, so people can implement the services and get back to running their business. These offerings help customers incrementally move to a model where particular business processes—CRM, certain aspects of marketing, online auctions, and online payment processing, for example—are supported by online services. Hosted service offerings for Microsoft Dynamics include: Keyword Marketing service. With the Keyword Marketing service, customers can integrate their search-engine marketing campaigns with their Microsoft Dynamics solution. The Keyword Marketing service provides complete tracking and management for search engine marketing campaigns, a keyword campaign creation wizard and flags new customers generated from the campaign. It even optimizes keyword bidding based on leads generated from each keyword. Payment service. Microsoft Dynamics can integrate with a variety of payment types enabling customers to accept payment, record the payment process milestones, and even handle returns from within the Microsoft Dynamics interface. The service works with these leading payment processing services: Chase Paymentech Solutions (for all major credit cards) and PayPal. Marketplace service. The seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics and eBay allows customers to easily sell products on eBay. Listings are managed centrally in Microsoft Dynamics with easy-to-use interfaces, and all orders resulting from online auctions flow seamlessly back into Microsoft Dynamics for processing. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live is hosted in Microsoft data centers and offered directly from Microsoft on a subscription basis. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live is based on the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, which uses a single, multitenant code base so that customers can switch between on-premise and on-demand deployments as their needs change. The first set of processes supported by Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live are focused on sales, marketing and service. Microsoft Dynamics Communities. The Microsoft Dynamics Community portal is a rich online resource with content specifically relevant to your profession, and your job. The Community allows you to stay current on pertinent industry news items, read articles about developments in your profession, and interact with peers via blogs, forums, and other networking tools.
