The free download is easy to run and does not change anything in your network
Any size network with Active Directory can be scanned by the Wizard. Big or small, it can scan your network and identifies issues
When the download completes its health scan, it reports issues and how to implement best practices.
The download gives you data and links to knowledge base articles to address the problems you find, so you have the information you need to fix the issues.
After you complete the Preparation Wizard, you will have the option to run the Planning Wizard.
The Planning Wizard collects information about the network settings that you will need to install Windows Essential Business Server 2008 (EBS 2008). If you are planning to install EBS 2008, continue this second portion of the download. If, you are not planning to install EBS 2008, you can exit the download.
