Windows Vista: You may be licensed already
If you are a Campus Agreement or School Agreement customer with coverage for Windows Upgrade licenses, you are automatically licensed to upgrade to Windows Vista Enterprise through the Software Assurance coverage that is included with your Campus Agreement or School Agreement licenses. Take advantage of the technology investments you have already made by upgrading your compatible computers.

Windows Vista Enterprise software is available to licensed Campus Agreement and School Agreement customers via Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS).

When you license Windows Upgrade through the Student Option, your licensed students have access to Windows Vista Ultimate. Help your licensed students upgrade or add the Student Option with Windows Upgrade at your next renewal.
Get the most out of your existing hardware
If you are a Campus Agreement or School Agreement customer with Windows Upgrade license coverage, you are also licensed for Microsoft Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs, which extends the useful life of your older computers.
2007 Microsoft Office system: You may be licensed already
If you are a Campus Agreement or School Agreement customer with coverage for Microsoft Office Professional licenses, you are automatically licensed to upgrade your institutional computers to Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007. Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 includes all of the features of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007, as well as the added value of two applications that provide important functionality for education customers: Microsoft Office OneNote 2007 note-taking program and Microsoft Office Groove 2007.

2007 Microsoft Office system software will be available to licensed Campus Agreement and School Agreement customers via download from Microsoft Volume License Services prior to the availability of physical media.
Offer students Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007
You can also license your students for use on Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 on their home computers. Just add Microsoft Office Professional or the Student Desktop package through the Student Option at your next renewal.
Microsoft Enterprise CAL Suite: How to get it
The Microsoft Enterprise Client Access License (CAL) Suite is a new offering in Microsoft Volume Licensing as of October 2006. The Enterprise CAL Suite includes all of the components of the Microsoft Core CAL Suite, plus additional CALs for extending your institution's infrastructure to support more advanced collaboration, communications, and compliance scenarios with advanced security.
You can add the Enterprise CAL Suite to your Campus Agreement or School Agreement coverage as a stand-alone product or by adding the Campus/School Desktop with Enterprise CAL at your next renewal. As always, you have the option of adding any product to the current annual term at the full year price.
Campus and School Desktop: New offering includes Enterprise CAL
As of November 2006, a new desktop package option is available for Campus Agreement and School Agreement customers: Campus/School Desktop with Enterprise CAL. The Campus/School Desktop includes Windows Upgrade, Office Enterprise, and the Core CAL Suite. The new Desktop with Enterprise CAL gives you the option of exchanging the Core CAL Suite for the Enterprise CAL Suite.
The addition of the Desktop with Enterprise CAL offering means you receive additional flexibility in choosing the desktop suite that best fits your needs, while maintaining the convenience and simplicity of licensing the core desktop PC products together as a single offering.
What your Campus/School Desktop licenses cover
If you have coverage for the Campus Desktop or School Desktop, you are licensed to run:

| • | Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 and Microsoft Office for Mac 2004 Professional Edition |
| • | Microsoft Core CAL Suite |
If you have coverage for the Campus Desktop with Enterprise CAL or School Desktop with Enterprise CAL, you are licensed to run:
| • | Windows Vista Enterprise Upgrade |
| • | Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 and Microsoft Office for Mac 2004 Professional Edition |
| • | Microsoft Enterprise CAL Suite |
Note: These products are the most current version. You are also licensed for downgrades (previous versions) of your licensed products.
How to get the Desktop with Enterprise CAL
You can add the Desktop with Enterprise CAL to your Campus Agreement or School Agreement coverage at your next renewal. As always, you also have the option of adding any product to your current annual term at the full year price.
Note: If you are a Campus Agreement or School Agreement customers with a three-year enrollment and wish to move from the Desktop to the Desktop with Enterprise CAL at your next anniversary order, you may do so at the current Desktop with Enterprise CAL price. This will not impact the price protection offered for the balance of licenses ordered under the same three-year enrollment.
License your students for a desktop package
Including the Student Desktop through the Campus Agreement or School Agreement Student Option is a great way to provide your students with the core desktop products and Client Access Licenses they need to be productive on their home or laptop computers. And now you can get even more value with the releases of Windows Vista Ultimate and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007.
Not only that, but the price of the Campus Desktop under the Student Option will not change at this time, and the price of the School Desktop under the Student Option has decreased significantly to more broadly enable 1:1 computing initiatives.
