The Partners in Learning Global Forum is the signature program of Microsoft Partners in Learning to honor innovative teachers and schools, and to showcase how technology can further educational transformation by being appropriately incorporated into curricula, pedagogy, and classrooms. Partners in Learning is the 10-year, nearly $500 million commitment by Microsoft to help education systems around the world. Since its inception in 2003, the Partners in Learning program has reached more than 196 million teachers and students in 114 countries.

If you are a potential winner, we may require you to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, and a W-9 tax form or W-8BEN tax form within 10 days of notification. In addition, if you are a public sector employee (including education or government), we will require you to sign and return a gift letter signed by your education institution’s ethics officer or attorney. If you do not complete the required forms as instructed and/or return the required forms within the time period listed on the winner notification message, we may disqualify you and select a runner-up.
