Renew or extend your academic volume licensing enrollments or agreements

Anytime is the right time to ensure you have the software, services, and solutions you need to maximize your academic organization’s teaching and learning opportunities. Contact your reseller anytime to review your volume licensing enrollments and agreements, along with available software, services, and solutions. If you have a subscription enrollment, we suggest you contact your reseller at least 90 days before the expiration of your enrollment term.

Benefits of extending or renewing your subscription licensing enrollments or agreements

Extending or renewing your coverage before the expiration date on your enrollment or agreement keeps your licenses compliant and gives you the perfect opportunity to:

Add products to your coverage. Help increase the success and productivity of your faculty, staff, and students by licensing all of the tools they need.
License students. Now that you've experienced the benefits of standardizing your staff and faculty on the same software, it's a great time to do the same for students by enrolling in the Student Option.
Include other departments or schools. If your current enrollment/agreement is for only one or more departments or schools, consider including other departments or schools—or your entire institution. You may even qualify for lower pricing.
Receive special pricing. As a renewing customer (whose term has not expired), you qualify for special pricing.

If you have the one-year subscription term, the per-unit pricing from Microsoft to your reseller or distributor will not increase by more than 10 percent over the previous year's pricing.*
If you have a three-year subscription enrollment, the per-unit pricing from Microsoft to your reseller or distributor for the products you ordered for year one will not increase for years two and three.*

Transitioning from a School Enrollment or a Campus Enrollment to the Enrollment for Education Solutions

Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) is a new offering that provides both primary/secondary and Higher Education institutions with assured coverage for desktop platform products with one annual employee count, the flexibility to add products in any quantity, and simplified asset management.

If you have an existing School Enrollment or Campus Enrollment, talk to your Microsoft account manager or reseller about transitioning to EES.

Please note: The Campus Enrollment is being retired and replaced with EES. If your Campus Enrollment expired after March 1, 2011, you will need to transition to EES to continue your subscription license coverage.
