School Enrollment offers the benefits of:

Easy compliance. Because all of your school's computers and users are covered throughout the subscription term, it's easy to ensure that your school is fully licensed for use of the products you've selected.
Low administration. Subscription licensing eliminates the need to track licenses for individual School Enrollment licensed products on every computer. This is especially helpful for managing software assets in a decentralized environment.
Current technology. With subscription licensing programs, your users can run the most current version of the software products included in your agreement, and your institution automatically receives media for products that upgrade during your agreement term.
Simple budgeting and purchasing. One annual payment covers all of the School Agreement products you've selected for the year.
Student licensing. Through the Student Option, you can license your students for use of one or more of the available School Enrollment application, system, or Client Access License (CAL) products on a personally owned computer or a school-owned computer designated for a student's exclusive use (that is, a computer checked out to a student for the school year).

As of December 2010, primary/secondary schools and districts have a new subscription licensing option—the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES). The EES offers many of the same benefits as School Enrollment and allows you to license by FTE employees instead of PCs. Learn more.
