The Education Leaders Forum 2009 was held in Paris on July 9 as part of UNESCO's World Conference on Higher Education (WCHE). The Forum started on July 8, with an evening welcome reception followed on July 9 by an interactive, working conference on the topic of "Higher Education: Re-Visioning for Recovery. Delegates left with tangible ideas and actions they can apply in the short and long term to help them improve their global education competitiveness.
