At Convergence North America, we, the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance, announced the availability for Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step for our Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance members. Sure Step helps Microsoft Dynamics partners to increase services productivity through the use of an implementation methodology. This methodology includes an enhanced set of best practices and extendable templates that support collaboration with other partners, provide more project predictability, and improve customers’ satisfaction with their Microsoft Dynamics ERP or CRM solutions.
Sure Step will help provide educators a structured approach to planning curriculum where Microsoft Dynamics is used, including real-life business experiences that bridge gaps between theory and practice and building best practices for their students – future professionals – on customer engagements. Educators provide an opportunity for business students and technical students to develop skills for careers focused on Microsoft Dynamics. This helps us grow the ecosystem and address our partners’ and customers’ future needs for staff experienced in implementation and use of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Members of the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance now have access to Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step. Sure Step training is also being made available to educators to help them get more familiar with Sure Step – and learn to better provide a structured Microsoft Dynamics curriculum to their Students.
