Education grants

Microsoft grants and programs for education offer everything from software, services, and trainers to operating system licenses for donated computers.

Partners in Learning

Microsoft joins with local education leaders and government officials to help you bridge the digital divide through Partners in Learning. This global program has a full suite of offerings, including software, hardware, trainers, and curriculum. One part of the program includes the development of local Microsoft IT Academy centers, mobile classrooms for teaching and learning technical skills complete with tools and software.

Fresh Start for Donated Computers

Through a simple online application process, school districts can obtain at no cost, directly from the Microsoft Fresh Start for Donated Computers program, the Microsoft Windows operating system. The program includes licensing documentation and installation CDs for qualifying donated computers.

Microsoft scholarships

Microsoft tuition scholarships are designed to encourage students to pursue studies in computer science and related technical disciplines. Microsoft offers four types of technical scholarships to current undergraduate students across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, specifically: General Scholarship, Women's Scholarship, Underrepresented Minority Scholarship, and Scholarships for Students with Disabilities.
